パーティーで、サンフランシスコに行ってもいないのにそこの話、若しくは歌を歌う一人の男性。つまらなすぎて、その場にいる人間には苦痛でしかないのに、愛に盲目（音楽への愛etc..）で、耳も遠い本人は独りよがりに話を続ける。
そんな男性に、ナレーターが「現実に気づきなよ」と訴えるといった感じのストーリーだと思います。
