海外の卒業ソングをチェックしている最中に発見した名曲。

ヴォーカルのダン・ウィルソンによると、ライブの最後で「If I Run」を歌うのが定番だったものの、バンド内でそろそろ新しい曲にしようといった雰囲気になったことで、この曲が生まれたとのこと。当時奥さんが妊娠中でそのことにも影響されたみたいです。因みに20分で書き上げた曲とのこと。

アメリカでは卒業ソングとしても定番ですが、ダン・ウィルソンはこの曲をつくったとき間違いなく閉店間際のバーで使用されるだろうと考え、実際に今でも使用されているようです。
