エド・シーランが、ホテルの一室でスノウ・パトロールのギタリスト、ジョニー・マクデイドと共同で書いた一曲。

これは大切な人と離れているときに感じる痛み、愛のもう一つの側面を描いた歌とのこと。（ソース）

ちなみに幼少の頃のエドが収められたこのビデオは、MVを撮影する時間がなかたっことと、クリスマスに父親から貰った昔の自分が収められたDVDを見て感動したことが制作の経緯とのこと。
また、エドはドキュメンタリーを制作していて、その一部も使われているそうです。

備考
・「And it's the only thing to take with us when we die」 = エドがタトゥーにしたThe Streetsの「Everything Is Borrowed」にあるフレーズ「I came to this world with nothing / I leave with nothing but love / everything else is just borrowed（僕は何もないままこの世界にやってきて / 愛だけを手に去っていく / 他の物は全部借り物に過ぎない」と同じ意味。
