今月は旅立ちや卒業に合うような曲を訳していますが、これらに共通する”変化”がテーマになった一曲。

人生には”変化”に対応せざるを得ない時期が何度も訪れると思いますが、そういったことに苦悩する主人公を描いたちょっと切ない名曲。

”変化”といえば、政治家さんも熱心なテーマですが、イギリスの政治家デーヴィッド・キャメロン氏が政治資金パーティーでこの曲を無断使用し、バンドが激怒したというエピソードもある一曲。
